外教简历 Work Experience Nov 2010-Nov 2012 U.S. Forces, Field Service Technician /Instructor, Aerotek Navistar
As a FSR I provided maintenance support to U.S. Army units ranging from Platoon to Battalion in size, providing subject matter expertise on the proper and safety minded operation and maintenance of the Navistar combat systems. While assisting Platoon to Battalion size elements I provided expertise in the function, maintenance, service, and repair of up to 157 vehicles including:
· Maxforce 10 engines · International DT 530 and DT 570 engines · Independent wheel suspension · Allison 3700SP Generation IIII Automatic, Electronic Controlled Transmission · Heui Fuel System · 12 and 24 volt electrical systems
Oct 2009 to Oct 2010 MRAP FSR/Instructor, Rangerland Systems (for BAE Systems)
As a FSR I provided maintenance support to U.S. Army units ranging from Platoon to Battalion in size, providing subject matter expertise on the proper and safety minded operation and maintenance of the BAE MRAP combat systems. While assisting Platoon to Battalion size elements I provided expertise in the function, maintenance, service, and repair of up to fifty-two BAE Caiman and RG33 vehicles including: · Cat C-7 and Cummins Diesel Engines · Allison 3700SP Generation IIII Automatic, Electronic Controlled Transmission · Heui Fuel System · 12 and 24 volt electrical systems · Spectrex Automatic Fire Suppression System (AFSS) · Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS)
As an instructor I ensured more than one hundred Soldiers, ranging from individual operators to Company Commanders, knew and understood the safe operation of the Caiman and RG33 MRAPs, to include the associated sub-systems.
FSR Fire suppression
May 2009-Sept 09-AECOM-Bagram Air Force Base
Installation, trouble shoot and repair of AFES fire suppression systems to include refilling dry-chem. fire suppression bottles for the army equipment on RG-33, HMMWV, Buffalos, Asv, MRAP variants, and many other forms of equipment that required service. Duties included training new personnel for procedures, and vehicle familiarization for final deployment to outlaying FOBs.
Wheel Vehicle Mechanic
Perform unit/support maintenance on gasoline and diesel fueled light/heavy wheel vehicles including all variants of HMMWV, HET, HEMTT, PLS, LMTV/FMTV, M923 series 5-ton, Max Pro, Max Pro-Plus, and RG-33 Mine Resistant Ambush Protective Vehicles (MRAP),and various other tactical vehicles as required. Maintains wheel vehicle systems to include power assisted brake systems, suspension systems, power steering systems, crane/hoist/winch assemblies. Replace major components to include engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials. Read and interprets documented instructions as required per work assignment. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults using the applicable technical manuals and TDME equipment. Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations.
