What does "conversation partner" mean? Why does it hourly rate lower than other position? Conversation partner is a junior position, no any requirment for applicant(Only for the applicants from America, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), no teaching experience needed, no need to prepare lessons, improve student verbal English and listening level by talking. This programe is also not suit for all student except those students who have good English knowledges, they are good at reading, writting, but speaking and listening becuase of they have no English enviroment to practice. All student knew clearly that conversation lesson is talk only in advance. This positon is a nice choice for those applicants who are newcome in China, or in the duration of hunting a new job, or need to accumulate teaching experience. Anyway, you can shift to other position with higher hourly rate as soon as the applicant will.
